Resources: Troop Class B T-shirts
Seabase shirts have been ordered, Class B shirts are on hold as we evaluate a new Scout-led design!
Class B T-shirts are worn on all outings, at camps and camporees, and also during our summer Troop meetings, and are defined as any appropriate shirt with a Scouts BSA logo of some sort.
Back in 2015, we designed our own Class B Troop T-shirts based on our wooden gateway sign which we take to camporees and major events. We try to keep a few of these T-shirts in stock and also periodically re-order from our Charlottesville-based supplier Blue Ridge Graphics. These are available in both men's and women's styles and the standard is a performance wicking fabric but they can also be ordered in a cotton blend as well. Check out the various design options at the bottom of this page.
Scouts can pay with their Scout Account or via cash / check / Venmo to Troop 1028, contact our Troop treasurer with any payment questions.
Cost Details
We sell these at our cost, but the prices are separate for the three designs and depend on the total quantity (across all 6 options) for each design. For example, if we order between 50 and 100 of Design 1 Troop 1028 Class Bs (green columns), the cost for Option 1 N3142 is $19.95 each, but if we order over 100, it drops to $12.50 each.
Pricing Update 5/20/2026
The Troop Committee decided to provide subsidies to help reduce the family costs for Option 1 and Option 2 Troop 1028/1029 short-sleeve shirts only, resulting in a family cost of $18 for an Option 1 short sleeve and $20 for Option 2 short sleeve (for both up to size XL, then extra size cost at far right applies). All other garment options (including ALL Seabase garments) are priced as shown below based on final total quantity.

Notes on color selection:
- Note: White, yellow, and very light shirt colors will NOT work with our yellow / white ink scheme, but all other colors are fine
- See pictures above for our two ink schemes - for ALL shirt colors, the front pocket design is yellow and the back design is yellow with the Scout Law in white and we use the shirt color itself to give the detail lines. Both look awesome!
